Central Depot Dispatch Timelines
All orders are fulfilled directly from our primary packaging and logistics facility at:
- Dispatch Speed: Orders are verified, packed in food-grade vacuum pouches, and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours.
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders confirmed prior to 3:00 PM IST on working days are batched for early-stage logistics pickup on the next operational cycle.
- Sundays & Holidays: Orders placed on Sundays or gazetted public holidays are processed and shipped on the immediately succeeding business day.

- FREE PAN-INDIA DELIVERY: We provide 100% Free Shipping across India on all prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders with an aggregate cart value of ₹499 and above.
- Standard Shipping for Orders Below ₹499: A nominal flat shipping and protective packaging fee of ₹60 is applied automatically during checkout.
- Wholesale & Bulk Shipments: For bulk commercial consignments (above 20 kg), freight and road transport charges are calculated based on gross volumetric weight and logistics lane tariffs.

As soon as your parcel is scanned into the courier logistics hub, an automated Air Waybill (AWB) tracking number is generated. You will receive:

- An SMS update with carrier name and tracking ID

Damaged or Tampered Consignments
If your parcel appears visibly crushed, wet, torn, or tampered with at the time of delivery:
- You may refuse delivery and notify the delivery executive immediately of package tampering.
- If accepted, take 2–3 clear photographs/videos of the damaged outer box and the internal tea pouch before opening.
